Girls Camp - Day 2 (Challenge Course)

We had a packed Day 2 of camp. Our 4th year hikers returned . . . they had been so cold during the night that they were anxious to get back first thing. It was great to have them back so we could be all together again. We ate breakfast together as a Stake and had flag ceremony and then we were off to the Challenge Course where we would be until lunch time. As leaders, we had gotten trained the day before on how to facilitate the challenges . . . I think there were 6 different ones with groups of 10 or so in each. The Challenge Course was a highlight of our week as everyone got to work together to complete tasks, share and learn to trust each other, and generally push each other to do hard things and things that you didn't think you could do. We were lucky to also have Brother Hein with us helping on the swing and being the "devil" in one of the challenges. Sister Hein was there taking awesome pictures to remember the great day. Sister Clark and Sister Bird were facilitating some of the challenges.
